Our payments technology client is looking for a creative and passionate Technical Documentation Manager to join its product team, within which you will produce, shape and own engaging digital content for their developer centre. In this role, you will be creating and maintaining a range of product information for developer and merchant communities such as interactive API reference documents and demos, SDK documentation, help and getting started guides; owning and improving site content so developers get the best experience; planning and managing the content deliverables of two technical authors; working with product, integration support, development, community outreach, marketing etc. to identify opportunities to improve site content; creating content strategy and working with the web development team to optimise the content publishing pipeline. The role is based in London, with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week once established. On offer is circa £76,000 pa + min. 20% bonus + a full, flexible benefits package.
