Our client is an award winning, global scientific software company and they are looking for a computer science (or similar) graduate with excellent IT and communication skills to join their support team as a support analyst, providing off site support to their worldwide customers and helping them get the most out of using their software. The role includes reproducing/analysing problems and providing resolutions to customers; identifying customers with possible software training needs; providing regular updates to customers; liaising with development teams; contributing to the customer support knowledgebase, and assisting with off site consultancy tasks where required.
