Our growing software client is looking for an enthusiastic junior technical author to join their small, friendly, and supportive team. You’ll get involved in creating and updating a variety of documentation for their customer services software products including user guides, FAQs, product help and release notes.
You don’t need to be an experienced technical author as full training, support and mentoring will be provided. Our client welcomes applications from graduates and juniors who want to kick-start an exciting new career in technical communications, or from technical authors who are looking for the next step in their career.
