Our technology client is the fast-moving and fast-growing leader in the media management market, and is looking to recruit a tech-oriented and experienced Technical Account Manager/Customer Success Manager to help its customers get the most out of using its image and video platform. You would be part of their Customer Success team and would be focused on increasing adoption of their solutions with their customers.

As the ideal candidate, you'll have a strong interest in both business and technology, and will be comfortable in a customer-facing position. You will be the customer's go-to person, and will be comfortable discussing product capabilities and communicating the customer's voice internally.

What will you be doing?

  • Overseeing the onboarding of new accounts and ensuring a successful conclusion.
  • Providing technical guidance to their customers' developers, product managers, system architects around best practices on how to use our client's image and video platform.
  • Helping customers on how to use the platform and all its functionality, and ensuring they get the best out of using the platform.
  • Acting as the focal point for the customer and becoming a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our client's solutions.
  • Nurturing the customer relationship through ongoing communication and periodic meetings.
  • Acting as customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams including product management, customer support, engineering, sales and finance.
  • Tracking and monitoring customer status, identifying areas of concern, pursuing growth and upselling opportunities.

What's needed?

  • 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical account manager/customer success manager or similar role in a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on coding experience (e.g. JavaScript, Angular, React, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Node).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You'll be a strong individual contributor who drives results.
  • Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time in the UK and internationally, as needed.
