Working as part of a coordinated team, you will:

    • Software background: Experience producing technical software documentation for developers, engineers or architects and/or programming experience. (Familiarity with programming languages/concepts will help to understand incoming/outgoing signals, state diagrams, memory and caching etc.)
    • Hardware background: Familiarity with the fundamentals of computer architecture, microprocessors, basic electronics, System-on-Chip (SoC), embedded electronics.
  • The ability to apply logical thinking and grasp technical concepts.
  • The ability to write abstract concepts and building technical understanding without the ability to do ‘hands-on’ testing.
  • Good knowledge of industry standard tools, technologies, and content management systems.
  • A detail-oriented approach.
  • An understanding of the interaction between software and hardware is useful.

Any experience with Markdown, HTML, XML / DITA, Jenkins, Git, JSON, Python or a similar scripting language would be a huge advantage, as would any experience of user journeys/personas.
